• Exchange of any items in our store (Equal or less value)

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

ORDER POLICY & TRACKING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled out from our warehouse in Australia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed Standard Shipping 3-6 Business days. Express Shipping 1-3 Business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or canceled. Our warehouse starts processing orders either the same day or one day after they are placed to ensure we ship out your orders as quickly as possible. Please make sure you choose your items, size, quantity and address correctly before placing your order. If you want to return your garment for any reason, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back to our warehouse in Australia once the order has been received.

RETURNING CONDITION

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & label.
• Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains or odors (such as perfume, fake tanning, glitter) All garments must be tried on wearing undergarments. If items are returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

• The garment must be returned before a store credit/ exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. Please note that if you choose an item of lesser value, we are not able to refund the difference in price; we would recommend opting for a store credit in this scenario.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, unless a garment arrives, damaged condition, or any faulty condition.

RETURN SHIPPING

The shipping cost of returning item/s for a store credit or exchange, is not covered or reimbursed by us. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. The returns period applies to the time in which a return must be requested. 

Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable; those charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.   

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We endeavor to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. 

• You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
• If you have chosen to exchange your item, you will receive an email notification once this has been shipped with the new tracking details.
• Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our team.
• Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
