DHL EXPRESS, FEDEX EXPRESS, recommends waiting around 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still have not received your order, you can submit a climb via Fedex here or DHL here

Wash/Rinse your garment by hand in cold soapy water as soon as you can, Once has had contact with: pool water, tanning products or oils.
Let it drip dry under the shade.

Rub you garment with rough surfaces, this may cause puling on the bikini
Iron or dry clean
Do not use bleach or any abrasive product
Exposure to a direct sunlight, this may fade the color of your bikini & spoil it

Important Note To Keep In Mind:

Oil products as sunscreen, fake tanning, lotions & so on, can may mark & damage you garment, taking extra care when you are using them is important. Always ensure your body is already dried as well as your when it come into an any contact. We recommend you rinse it immediately after use it.
