Measure four key points & use the chart to find the size that’s right for you. It’s best to wear as little as possible and to hold the tape measure flat against your body for the most accurate measurements. If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string & measure it with a ruler afterwards.
BUST: Measure across the fullest part of your bust and straight around the back to determine your cup size.
UNDER BUST: Measure directly under your bust and straight around the back to determine your numeric size.
WAIST: Measure the narrowest part of your waist, below the ribcage and above your hip bone.
HIPS: Measure the fullest part of your hip ensuring the tape measure is straight.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled out from our warehouse in Australia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed Standard Shipping 3-6 Business days. Express Shipping 1-3 Business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

We guarantee you by following the next steps, you can maintain the quality & colour of your garment all year round! X
TO DO:
Wash/Rinse your garment by hand in cold soapy water as soon as you can, Once have had contact with pool water, tanning products, or oils.
Let it drip dry under the shade.
NOT TO DO:
Rub your garment with rough surfaces, this may cause pulling on the bikini.
Iron or dry clean
Do not use bleach or any abrasive product.
Exposure to direct sunlight, this may fade the color of your bikini & spoil it.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO KEEP IN MIND:
Oil products like sunscreen, fake tanning, lotions & so on may mark & damage your garment, taking extra care when you are using them is important. Always ensure your body is already dry as well as your garment when it comes into contact. We recommend you rinse it immediately after wearing it.
After exposure to salt water or choline, rinse your garment with fresh water, to prevent corrosion & ensure long-lasting durability.

Policy Return
RETURNING CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & label.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains or odours (such as perfume, fake tanning, glitter) All garments must be tried on wearing undergarments. If items are returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
The garment must be returned before a store credit/ exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. Please note that if you choose an item of lesser value, we are not able to refund the difference in price; we would recommend opting for a store credit in this scenario.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds, unless a garment arrives, damaged condition, or any faulty condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
The shipping cost of returning item/s for a store credit or exchange, is not covered or reimbursed by us. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. The returns period applies to the time in which a return must be requested.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable; those charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

We Endeavor to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed by our team.
